About John

Passionate about fostering high performance and nurturing individual potential, I am happily married and proud to be the father of two incredible daughters, as well as the dad to two re-homed greyhounds.

I am also the author of the children's book, 'Mittsy The Magical Baseball Glove,' which focuses on the rediscovery of fun, friendship, and self-worth. Currently residing in Tasmania with my family, I have dedicated my career to excelling as a High-Performance Coach, Facilitator, Mentor, and Manager.

Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise in leadership, staff and volunteer supervision, and management, collaborating with esteemed organisations such as Cricket Tasmania, Melbourne Stars, and Cricket Victoria. As a sports professional, I've had the privilege of working across a variety of sports, including Cricket, AFL, Tenpin Bowling, Boccia, Baseball, and Croquet.

Competent in establishing development programs for teams, groups, and individuals, event and program management, business management, budgeting, grant applications, and reporting, I ensure effective resource allocation and financial accountability. My robust time management and skills enable me to consistently meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results that benefit individuals, organisations, and the wider community.

Communication is a cornerstone of my skill set. I thrive in cultivating a supportive and collaborative environment where open dialogue and clear communication are highly valued. Through nurturing strong relationships and fostering effective teamwork, I drive positive change and inspire others to achieve new heights.

As a highly skilled High-Performance Coach, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to exceed their limits, achieve personal growth, and become the best versions of themselves. Let's connect and explore how we can make a meaningful difference together!
